Remote Patient Monitoring Dashboard

At risk patients are enrolled in a monitoring program and sent home with network connected scales, blood pressure and heart rate monitors. As patients log this information daily, the assigned nurses must be able to quickly identify dangerous changes in patient statuses in order to prevent emergent health scenarios and clear alerts after addressing the issues.

A master list showing all patients and calling out those who logged potentially dangerous status changes was tested and decided upon in order to streamline the nurse's app workflow. Each patient's profile and log was also made viewable individually for insight gathering and alert clearing.
