Facility Scheduler

What do you do when three meetings have been scheduled for a conference room, but the president of the company needs to use it…now.

The Facility Scheduler application provides building floor plans, conference room descriptions, access to the conference room calendar, and a scheduling request tool.

Requirements
1. Scalable: The site began with 20 conference rooms in one building, but it was built to expand to other buildings and facilities. We also needed the option to expand functionality so that the site could become a facility map.
2. Partially Automated Process: Make the process easy to maintain for each administrator without taking over ownership of their work.
