Request Navigation
We recently redesigned askSpoke's app-wide navigation, including this expanded request nav. Requests are like tickets or issues — they're anything that a user is asking for, whether it's a service request ("I need my laptop fixed") to a knowledge request ("What's our PTO policy?")
This update included the addition of team lists into the main nav, so agents can see tickets across any team they're working on.
We also added custom lists, so users can filter their requests by tag, assignee, requester, etc. and save the list to their sidebar for one-click access.
