PopCoco logo first draft

First: thanks for the invite Dribbble! I'm excited to be a player.

Now about the logo. It's for a fashion blog I'm building (work in progress: http://popco.co. First foray into the world of Wordpress development so I'm pretty excited).

Uses the wonderful Trend Sans Five font.

I'd appreciate your thoughts! I love black and gold so much. It reminds me of dirty motor/petrol oil, which I think contrasts deliciously with fashion and style. I'm wondering whether I should go for something cleaner, however, with no textures.
