Reflections Book - Director's Perspective Essay

The Director's Perspective essay was the only piece in the book that didn't clearly fit into another section, and is the only piece that talks about the collection as a whole instead of specific pieces. Because of that importance, we chose to put it in front of the collections essays, sharing their formatting, but exclude it from the list on the cover and intro pages. It's the first thing the reader finds after the front matter and foreword.
