We're fixing it
Here are some explorations around a 500 error page. My first few concepts revolved around the error and how something went wrong. But then I got some great feedback from a teammate who encouraged me to take a more positive spin on it. Instead of highlighting the problem, how can we reassure users that help is on the way? We ended up going with the first version because it does the best job communicating that the issue is being fixed right away.
