Designing a rebrand for a Plymouth (UK) based estate agent called Smeaton Homes. Named after the City's iconic landmark, Smeaton's Tower – a lighthouse. Given the fact the lighthouse gets used to represent Plymouth so often, the plan is to brand the business using the distinctive red & white horizontal stripes and a simple logotype and ditch the lighthouse logo!
