"The Gina Show" Exhibition Site

I'm designing a site for a fine art video exhibition. The focus of the exhibition is a public access television show from the early 1980s that covered the art scene around Vancouver, B.C. This show had a very lo-fi production quality - but unapologetically so - and there was genune value to the content of the show (hence it being dragged out of the archives years later by other people and presented at an exhibition).

I want this site to give a nod to the production value of the original show and have that same lo-fi look.
