Digital Smart Care Redesign

It's an assignment from a company for UI UX Designer position. The task is to redesign 'Digital Smart Care' application dashboard, I need to create 3 output for 3 devices (pc, tablet, smartphone) with 48 hours time limit.

This task is pure UI based, there's no UX research involved. So, what I'm doing in this project is adjusting the element based on proportion and composition. I also tweak the hierarchy and typography for each element for better reads. For the color palette, I pick them from the official website.
