Weather in Texas

I am taking a course that covers UI (even though I do not currently do any UI work) and learned how to do this simple on/off switch. As I was experimenting with it, I got the idea to do a weather bit where the on/off switch would control the weather. Very similar to how the weather operates in Texas... Here's "Weather in Texas."
