UI /UX Designer for Mobile Games

On our mission to make mobile games engaging, immersive and more fun, we are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team and help shape the future of our business endeavors.
Role Overview:
As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end design process, from research to final implementation. You will work closely with our product and development teams to create user-centered designs that are both visually appealing and highly functional. Your goal will be to ensure that every user interaction is seamless, intuitive, and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
Design user interfaces for mobile games, creating screens, menus, icons, and other interactive elements
Analyze design requirements and functionalities and translate them into intuitive layouts and flows
Maintain a consistent visual style across all UI elements
Prepare and transfer graphic resources for implementation by following internal processes
Requirements
Experience in creating graphic UI/UX designs for mobile games for at least 4 years
Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English
Solid understanding of user-centered visual design principles and best practices
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar design tools
Experience with Game Engines (e.g. Unity)
Critical thinking and high problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to details and quality assessments
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate visual design decisions clearly
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Knowledge of visual assets optimization and mobile-specific design constraints
Experience in using Figma
Illustration skills are a plus
A strong sense of style with an awareness of current trends on mobile and graphic design and the ability to apply them to the UI development
