Illustrator (mid-level)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a mid-level Illustrator to create high-quality visual outputs through a unique simulated workflow. In this role you will simulate the roles of the task giver and the task receiver, crafting complete, goal-oriented illustration tasks and executing them to deliver polished, professional-quality images.
Your responsibilities will include ideating business related illustration ideas, formulating clear, structured instructions, and then completing the edits to produce high-quality outputs that align with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design business-driven, realistic illustration scenarios, where a business owner, marketer, or branding specialist requests a specific edit.
Develop structured creative briefs that clearly define the project’s goal, and expected outcome.
Curate and incorporate reference images that guide the editing process and help define style, tone, and key visual elements.
Write a multi-turn conversation where the “User” (task giver) asks for changes, and the “Editor” (task receiver) refines the work accordingly.
Execute professional-level illustrations, ensuring all images meet industry standards and the given requirements by the hypothetical client.
Generate a final high-quality output image that aligns with the given scenario and fulfills the brief’s objectives.
Important Project Details
This is a project-based position for approximately 2 months.
Payment will be made per approved set.
The work is structured around daily targets: 6-10 sets per day minimum.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a professional illustrator.
Excellent written communication in English.
Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Lightroom and other editing platforms.
Ability to self-generate structured editing tasks and execute them with commercial-level precision.
Strong organizational skills to maintain high-volume editing and task generation while ensuring quality.
