Wedding | RSVP 🤵👰

One of the most important parts of the site: the RSVP page for our guests to respond to the invitation.

As my wife and I travel a lot (like a lot a lot), physical responses by via postal mail were just impossible.

Built with Vue.js on the front-end, I re-used and adapted some parts of a previous project and connected everything to some custom REST API routes. Those routes ended up handling everything from a basic authentication for guest login, email distribution via SendGrid, as well as our Stripe integration. More about that on the next post.
