Another 8 - Logo Design
Another-8 is a Sushi bar located in Kyoto Japan. The brief was self-initiated as we took on the challenge to rebrand an existing identity. In our research phase, we noticed that the branding had a dark atmosphere. We wanted to give the brand a light-hearted and approachable feel. The bar is currently expanding and we felt that the branding should reflect that. As a result, we incorporated a traditional Japanese aesthetic, through the use of patterns throughout their branding and elements, whilst maintaining a sense of western design.
