Stepping into the world of university apparel is definitely different. You have to take into account licensing agreements and make sure you're not stepping on anyone's toes. I was tasked with making staff shirts for the largest annual event we host. The goal was to create a design that was fun, stood out, and didn't cause any internal trademark issues. So, I went full blown meme with the design.
