Repair control tools — estimate, and notifications in the built-in messenger. As soon as work is ready, foreman closes the category. When category closing, a request message is generated, and automatically sent to the customer. Photos and comments are attached to the request.

Confirming the request to close the category, the customer confirms that he has accepted the work and he is satisfied with everything. Otherwise, he will not close the category until the work is done correctly.
