Allocations tables

This is an interface to help our customers allocate production between different objects in their portfolio. The best way to think about allocation is with a Sankey diagram, but it didn't quite fit with the dimension of time in this workflow.

Effectively, our customers have ownership that increases and decreases over time, and they needed a way to quickly communicate that ownership, and visualize how it changes.

This solution lets folks add objects by selection, and auto-populates as much as we can, while still giving them options for manual work.
