Kindling Films

As a film production company, I wanted the logo to be something that viewers associate with the company and with the film industry. I decided that the look of gold leaf on black created a clean, professional design that both stood out as regal and established. It also emanates the look of classic movie companies and the way they used gold/sepia tones with their imagery.I chose to reflect classic movie culture in the typeface, box framing, and the pointed arrows seen in classic cinema posters.
