In recent these times of digitization, more and more digital data needs to be protected in companies. This is precisely where Ease starts. Compliance with data security in companies is expensive in terms of time and money. Ease helps the employees of a company to make this process easier.

With the help of the system no more passwords are assigned in the company, sensitive files are encrypted and can only be viewed by biometric authentication. With the Ease bracelet all of this is made possible. It is equipped with one of the safest biometric authentication methods; the vein scan, thereby ensuring the highest level of security in the company. The vein scan identifies the employee perfectly well and is a hundred times more secure than the fingerprint.

By applying and closing the bracelet on the wrist, the infrared LEDs are used to display an image of the respective veins on the wrist. This image is matched with a reference pattern and if there is a match, the employee can move around the company without having to authenticate him or herself, for example, with his company ID.

With the associated software, employees can encrypt file formats such as PDF. If the encrypted file is subsequently sent, this can in turn only be opened if the addressee is also authenticated with Ease. Furthermore, it is possible to see in the software when particular information of an employee was used by other persons. This significantly increases the transparency of the company for the employee.
