Underwater Oregon

Did you know that Oregon used to be underwater and may be again? Growing up in Oregon has presented a couple opportunities to see actual fossils in giant rocks deep in the forest where you never think to find ancient ocean creatures. This inspired a "half-submerged" idea for an Oregon badge.
