Flourish Mural
One of the things I love most about my job at strADegy is our ongoing effort to create an adhocracy environment where we inspire each other to tackle passion projects on work time while using internal resources.
This mural was a year and a half long project, inspire by a tiled facade I noticed while taking a short walk break during work. After months of finding the perfect partner to assist in getting this idea & design from a computer screen to an actual public art piece, it has finally come to fruition.
It now lives on the building of our partners at Louisville Visual Art (LVA) and has kickstarted their Mural Art Program (MAP), where they plan to complete 4 murals a year throughout the city of Louisville.
"Together We Can Flourish" embodies the importance and effects of collaboration. Coming together and working for our community allows us to create something much bigger than ourselves.
