Disclosing Form Concept

Concept for a large disclosing form.

Problem was identified when a form was proving too was getting too large and unclear.

Solutions include: grouping the questions into areas, and allowing the user to jump in and out of the areas, while keeping it clear where the users was in the form, and what they've completed.

Some other small elements include the "Next" button being disabled if the required fields were not filled in, but will highlight the required fields when selected - This isn't demonstrated in the animation, maybe another shot will demo validation.
