Integrated Communication Designer (ICD)

A Comprehensive Solution for Effective Communication

As a versatile and powerful tool, ICD enables the creation and customization of pre-designed templates for various communication purposes, tailored to meet the unique needs of diverse businesses, covering key customer interactions such as quotes, orders, invoices, and more. This robust platform also offers the ability to send targeted bulk messages via email, SMS, and WhatsApp, ensuring timely and efficient communication with customers, while automating processes to streamline workflow, free up valuable time and resources, and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone.

As a product designer, I led the product revamping project for the Integrated Communication Designer (ICD). My key responsibilities included:

• Conducted user research and also made product design research from other competitive products

• Designed wireframes, prototypes, and visual design

• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to meet business and user needs

I oversaw the design process, ensuring the ICD was intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing.
