Validation Progress Plot Generator

The other day I found myself needing to create a scatterplot to show the various projects in our innovation accelerator, and their progress through the de-risking & validation phase.

The data was in Google Sheets and while the default chart options in Sheets are sufficient, the charts themselves aren’t exactly beautiful.

Data tells a story and .. well …ugly data tells bad stories!

I created a custom scatterplot generator using d3.js with loads of controls and customisation options.
