Health and Chronic disease solved with AI

Getting really close to launching our AI driven health and wellness platform. The platform has a specific target of chronic long term disease and used AI to manage a users journey, riding the ups and downs of their illness with them and predicting their needs whilst connecting them with support, community and content.

Exciting to see a project I product designed and UI designed get close to launch.
