Make It

Typically my lettering never gets past the loose sketch phase. I have stacks of lettering that I've intended flesh out more fully and then digitize to put on t-shirts, but it doesn't happen as much as I would like.

I say this phrase a lot... fake it, 'til you make it... but that seems to encourage procrastination. I've started to see those incomplete sketches as faking it... they aren't very useful as unfinished pieces.

But I aim to change that! How about we just make it without faking it.

Here I've actually fleshed out the lettering to the final pencil stage... now I just need to vector it! One step at a time! ;)
