Danish Hotdog Wagon

The venerable Pølsevogn is Copenhagen's de facto official street-food. In the morning their owners walk the wagons through the middle of the streets to their respective spots (I suspect delayed motorists have long-since accepted them as an immutable force of nature). To my knowledge no gang fights have erupted on the basis of sausage turf wars, but anything is possible in the world's happiest country.
