James Davidson Style/Pattern Guide

I'm not going to be developing this design, James is so I wanted to give him as much information as possible.

I've designed wireframes in Balsamiq and wanted to give him guidance for everything from the typography, colours, to individual components and even hover states in a style and pattern guide that supports the homepage visuals.
