SSSSSSSSSSSSSSIIIIIIIIIIIIGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH. That took me FOR. EVER. To write. But it's done! Here you go, as promised, the second part of Road to TMP2!!!
ROAD TO TMP2 PART 2
The serial killer’s unconscious body slid out of the brittle and he fell to the floor. He was kept in a giant glob of peanut brittle for 5 years now, and today, he somehow got the energy to escape and regain consciousness.
A few seconds after he fell to the floor, Red opened his eyes and saw he was in a strange, neverending hallway, with doors on each side, and he was probably at the end of said hallway.
“Wh-Where am I???” Although he knew he was in a hallway, Red didn't know his exact location. Also, he had a new voice for some reason. After getting up, he decided to look around and ponder on how he got to… wherever here was.
“That’s a good question.” Red said to himself as he was wandering through the hallway, since it seemed no one else was with him at the time. “Maybe I should try to figure out how I got here.
“Okay, the last thing I remember is the time I blew up my home to prevent myself from going to jail. The last thing I SAW was Chambers’s stupid face.” Red frowned, as he didn’t like Officer Chambers one bit. “But what was I doing before that? Oh yeah, Trivia Murder Party. Before I realized the officers knew where I lived, I was in the middle of the final round of the last game before the championship game of…
“THE TWILIGHT TOURNAMENT!!!” Red stopped in a shocking realization. “IT’S PROBABLY BEEN SO LONG SINCE THE LAST GAME BEFORE THE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME!!!
“...Eh, I’ll probably get to it later. But now I wonder… Why did my parents not want me to DO Trivia Murder Party in the first place? Such question…” Red thought about it for a while.
“...Maybe it’s because my parents loved me so much and their work-murder-life balance wanted to stay afloat. They probably also wanted me to keep running…” He realized.
“THE MURDER HOTEL!!! Maybe I’m in the Murder Hotel!” Red was in the Murder Hotel, there was no doubt. The Murder Hotel was his childhood home, maybe it would have made sense. By the time he realized this, he was halfway through the hallway.
“But… How did I get here in the first place?” There was still one question to be answered. “I can’t remember anything after passing out. Hmm… Maybe while I was passed out, the police took me here. I mean it makes sense. But, am I in the Murder Hotel? And how? The last time I saw the Murder Hotel was when I was a kid, when…” Red made another realization.
“MOTHER!!! WHERE’S MOTHER?!?!?!?” Red then saw an elevator in front of him.
“Maybe THAT will take me to Mother!” Red quickly got in the elevator and shut the elevator door.
“Alright, how do you work this thing again?” The former host was trying to find the button to the attic. After looking, he was wondering if there even WAS an attic in this place. However, as he was sitting down, he somehow felt his body rising quickly. Red clinged to the rails of the elevator in a bunch of confusion, as he was screaming as loud as he could, trying to call for help. After what seemed like forever, the elevator stopped. Red took a breather, trying to comprehend the events he was just in a couple seconds ago.
“What the HELL JUST HAPPENED?!?!” Red could finally say after a couple deep breaths. “And where am I now???” Suddenly, the elevator door opened, revealing the hotel attic. Red walked out the elevator door and looked around.
“Huh. Funny. So there really IS an attic here. And all this time I thought Mother was lying when she said she was going to go to the attic. Speaking of which, I wonder if MOTHER!!!” Red suddenly spotted a skeleton wearing his mother’s wig on the floor. He quickly ran to the skeleton and realized it was…
“Mother…” Red kneeled on the floor, picked up his mother’s wig, and started to weep at the loss of his own mother. She loved him very much, and now she was dead.
“She told me she was going to bury this hotel, and she did. And now… She’s gone.” Red was sobbing like crazy because her mother sacrificed herself to save her children.
“MOTHER! NOOOOOO!!!” Red was crying too much, all for his mother.
She was gone.
And Red couldn’t do anything.
“Mother… I will avenge you…” Red wiped his tears and got up after a minute of sobbing for his mother. “First… How the fuck do I raise this hotel back to the surface???” He thought about that for a minute, before thinking about his powers. “Wait… what about my powers…?
“Hold on. I haven’t used my powers in FIVE YEARS. They may be really bad.” He looked at his mother. “But… I don’t want to let Mother down… I should do it.” Red then concentrated his energy and tried to grasp the hotel with his magic. It wasn’t working, and he wanted to fail, but he thought of his mother, and how she took much care of him and wanted him to pursue his dream, and he took courage, using more of his power to grab the hotel.
Suddenly, tentacles grew off his back and he felt the attic rising with him. Red was too far, and he couldn’t control his powers, but it was good on his side, since the Murder Hotel was fully risen. Afterwards, Red collapsed on the floor and woke up, confused about what just happened.
“Did…Did I do it?” Red ran to the elevator and pressed the 2nd floor button as quickly as he could.
While he was riding the elevator down, he thought about that strange jolt up to the attic on the previous elevator ride.
“That elevator ride from earlier was shocking… but fun! I guess there was a secret attic button on the floor that I sat on and didn’t notice… Maybe I could torture some guests with the elevator jolt… and try not to scream bloody murder along the way.” Just then, Red saw the elevator doors open, so he jolted to the front door, and was shocked to see the light of day after 5 years and 3 hours. He did it. He raised the Murder Hotel from the underground.
“I have an idea…” Red grinned with the perfect idea in his head.
He was going to bring IT back.
