Dog Walking Application | Case Study

First Round | Low-Fidelity Wireframes

Completed a low-fidelity wireframe focusing on the user's goal. This application allowed users to find a certified dog walker by viewing their ratings.

Prototype

The prototype below was designed after numerous high-fidelity wireframes. At this point having customer reviews, dog walker images, and services are the main source of facts that the dog owners will base the booking of their dog walker.

Typeface and Colours

Third Round

Dog Steps application went back to the initial step and interviewed dog owners once more. This time they were asked if they would pay for the interview.

Answer: "I think if it was designed like the Airbnb app it would be convenient. A little bio of the walker and the opportunity to send them messages. Not sure I would pay for it." - Frank

Thus Dog Steps application decided to stick with the instant message feature.

Please see below a video of my prototype.

I hope you enjoyed my process.

Thank you for taking the time and reading my case study. Definitely room for more iterations in the future. Stay tuned. - Anita Kababedjian
