Form UI

We are working on a new interface for a finance application. The goal for the form was to have up to three levels of sub-categories within each top-level category while breaking away from the typical form layout. The user must also be able to add a separate entity to the application seamlessly (interaction not on screen), letting the user toggle between separate entities at will. Overall the client is very happy with the result :)
