UX Writing Challenge: Day 15 (The Final Challenge)

Facebook originally had “Page” as the title and “Connect and share with customers or fans” as the subtitle under their create button. I combined the two into a new headline that’s succinct and explains the purpose of Facebook Pages. I then emphasized that creating a page only takes 3 steps in the body copy so that users would be more motivated to complete setting up their page. The button copy is also succinct and I added “Your” in order to involve the user more in the process. This allows the user to feel more ownership over the page they’ve created.

Challenge: Using the browser on your mobile device, please go to Facebook and log in. Tap the menu icon and then tap Create New Page in the Pages section.

Your task: Rewrite the page creation and user onboarding experience. Be bold and take risks.
