Cakes ordering flow

I designed an app flow to order cakes from bakery and the target users are and male and female over 18 years. My bakery website is user friendly by providing clear navigation and offering a fast checkout process.I conducted user interviews, which I then turned into empathy maps to better understand the target user and their needs. I discovered that many target users need fast app for good product and easy navigation in app so that even elder users can use it. I create a sitemap for helping me first to understand pinpoints of users, so it helps me to start navigate my sketch first. To create a low-fidelity prototype, I connected all of the screens involved in the primary user flow of adding an item to the cart and checking out.Our target users shared that the design was intuitive to navigate through, more engaging with the images, and demonstrated a clear visual hierarchy. And all users age said it is easy to use an app. It was fun project !
