Artist Portfolio - Sm Screen Layout

After a bit of time away (and lots of reading, learning and practicing) I'm finally getting around to designing a portfolio for my mother (a painter).

Decided to give a small screen first approach a try, liking the idea so far. I've yet to add colors, I like staying with grey scale as long as possible to get the feel for typography and layout. As always, feedback is more than welcomed.
