Helpdesk system – Dark mode
Hey folks,
In Kiwi.com I was working on the internal Helpdesk platform and one of our recurring yearly goals was to improve the System usability score. Our support agents were available 24/7 so we wanted to provide a comfortable digital environment also for the colleagues who were working in night and dark mode was one of the changes we were planning.
