CSS Extension for Photoshop

Here is an idea I had for a Photoshop extension. Sometimes when I am working on a project I get a few pages deep within the design and changes happen from a client. At that point headers, buttons, etc...change. I want to to be able to make global presets that when you clicked the button it would create different objects. It would mimic CSS, and allow you to make a change and it would make it across the board to all objects. I am thinking that the folder/layer that the objects are in would be named H1, H2, and so on. If you made a change within the extension, all objects would update.
