A Good Wine Is The One You Enjoy

I live in Paris and this is not a cliché to say that there's a big snobbery going on about wine. The funny thing about it is there are almost no vineyards in Paris — the fabulous French wine is made in the country — but Parisians claim to be the ultimate specialists. One day, a friend of mine said to me "how do you recognize a good wine?" While I was guessing with every silly thing I know about it, he said "a good wine is the one you enjoy" (in French, but same idea here). This was so simple yet so absolutely true that I kept this quote in my mind for quite some time. And now I decided to make a lettered drawing out of it :)
