Squiz Talent Celebration

It's important to recognise exceptional talent.
People come and go. It's the nature of the business world, but we mustn't ignore or forget the creativity and drive behind each and every infrastructure when people move on. We should celebrate relationships, friendships, and collaboration.

I'm currently working on the Squiz talent celebration hub. A talent page that shows off the wealth of talent we have worked with, giving former employees the opportunity to showcase their connection and relationship with the company.

Each card is assigned with the product that the former employee was working on, and offers other companies the opportunity to reach out to our former superstars as well as identify their role within the business. Each card will reveal references, technical skillsets, and soft skills upon click.

My aim is to help ensure that former staff continue to enjoy an association with Squiz, with the ability to provide physical references throughout their career on our talent hub.
