Pattern library- alerts

This is just the preview of the components, there is a detailed documentation on guidelines and usage.

I expect someone to notice the danger-alert with a 'close/x' option, which in most cases shouldn't be there. Danger/error alerts should be persistent until the issue has been resolved and it is mentioned in the guidelines.
