40 Days, 40 Heroes Project – Nurses

"40 Days, 40 Heroes is an initiative born in Spain, from a desire to recognise and appreciate the work of those hardworking people that remain on the frontlines during this extraordinary quarantine period.
The pandemic caused by the COVID-19 virus has led to an almost warlike scenario where the role of key workers in our society has been highlighted. Not just the incredible doctors and nurses, but the carers, the shop workers, the delivery drivers, the bin men…
Without them, life as we know it directly can’t function. Without them, the fight against this pandemic will be lost."
