Boekenzoeker

A little while back the Belgian organization Iedereen Leest launched their new Boekenzoeker; a platform that helps readers find the books they are looking for. 📚

I was delighted to be asked to create the illustrations for the website and the printed campaign to promote the platform, and had the great pleasure to work with typographer Kris Demey and developers Eps&Kaas to put it all together. I think this was the longest running project I’ve worked on last year, but it was such a pleasure to see it all come together.

Here’s the first part of the illustrations featuring the main campaign visuals. The main challenge was to find a style and idea for the visuals that could both appeal to toddlers/children as to teenagers and adults.
